Mr. Sharpe is the Founder of Onetegrity, LLC, a professional services firm based in Washington, DC dedicated to client success.

Onetegrity offerings:

• Advising private companies supporting public missions;

• Executive advice for leaders; and

• Strategic extramural spend management.

Over the last decade, Mr. Sharpe has been at the forefront of the federal government acquisition transformation that increased the value of procurement to agency missions and saved agencies and the American tax payer billions of dollars.

Mr. Sharpe has over thirty years of acquisition and business management experience in both the public and private sectors, including:

• Commissioner, Federal Acquisition Service, U.S. General Services Administration where he oversaw the global reach of over 3,000 acquisition professionals and a $1.4 billion operating budget in growing the organization’s $50 billion in annual acquisition support to its customers while increasing customer, employee and supplier satisfaction.

• Senior Procurement Executive, U.S. Department of the Treasury, where he ensured the effectiveness and efficiency of the Department's procurement operations in providing over $4 billion in procurement support to the Department.

• Principal, IBM Global Services, where was responsible for the capture and delivery of procurement transformation engagements for IBM commercial and government customers.

Mr. Sharpe has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Scranton and a Master of Business Administration degree from Marywood University. He is a Fellow of the National Contract Management Association and holds their Certification as a Professional Contract Manager and he also holds a Federal Certification in Contracting - Level III.
